Practical rules that protect Examiar users, assessment content and service reliability. If a signed customer order conflicts with this public page, the signed order controls for that customer.
1. Lawful and authorised use
Use Examiar only for lawful assessment, education and administration purposes. Do not upload content you lack permission to use, impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, violate privacy rights or use the service to facilitate fraud, harassment or discrimination.
2. Security and service integrity
Do not probe, scan or exploit vulnerabilities; bypass access controls; access another organisation’s content; distribute malware; overload the service; automate harmful requests; reverse engineer protected components; or interfere with monitoring, backups or authentication.
3. Assessment integrity
Do not use Examiar to distribute stolen examination papers, enable cheating, fabricate credentials or knowingly publish materially deceptive answer keys. Organisations are responsible for suitable review, access controls and secure distribution of assessments.
4. Personal and sensitive information
Do not place unnecessary personal, financial, health, biometric or government-identifier data in questions, filenames, tags or support messages. Do not upload student information unless your organisation has a lawful basis, appropriate safeguards and any required consent.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. We will consider severity, intent, recurrence and the possibility of correcting the issue. Report abuse to support@examiar.com.
