In many schools and tutoring centers, useful questions live in old Word files, printed papers, spreadsheets and individual teachers’ folders. The material has value, but it is difficult to search, standardize and reuse. A new exam often becomes a new document project: find questions, copy them across, rebuild the structure, check the marks and prepare the answer key.
